My client is seeking a procurement specialist to work on a large projects over the next 12 months. You will be responsible for operational delivery and ensuring efficient procurement processes to support infrastructure and construction projects. This position offers flexibility in location, accommodating the diverse needs of various project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Manage procurement processes for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Assist in maintaining documentation archives for audit purposes.
- Provide effective communication and presentation of project updates and findings.
- Managing the end to end procurement process
- Focusing on operational delivery
The ideal candidate will have end to end procurement experience ideally within the construction or infrastructure space. In addition to this you will have:
- Experience in construction project procurement or similar roles
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different project environments
- Experience in the end to end construction life cycle (including procurement) 2- 5 years
- Knowledge of NZS3910:2013 and its execution
