Fundamentally, these roles involve:
- Customer service
- Troubleshooting
- Providing Level One Technical Support
- One call resolution
- Hardware and software assistance
About You:
Previous experience as a Service Desk Analyst isn't required, just a natural interest in technology and fantastic customer service/communication skills required in this Customer Support role.
We are looking for people with:
- Natural customer focus and experience
- Fantastic interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal
- IT experience from employment and/or study
