The role:
- Providing support to customers, by answering queries raised via web chat, email and phone
- Managing customer data
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Managing customer feedback/engagement
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
About you
- Previous experience in a customer service role, prefferably in a contact centre enviorment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong attention to detail, organisational skills and self-sufficiency
- Have technical aptitude and the ability to learn software programs
This is a full time office based role.
You must be in New Zealand and have a valid work visa.
