Brooke has led our Volume and Projects Division in NZ since 2010 and is a member of our senior leadership team at Randstad. As part of her portfolio she is responsible for the design and implementation of Randstad’s NZ L&D program and onboarding programme. Having extensive experience in coaching and leading high performing teams within Randstad.
Brooke has been responsible for the design and facilitation of numerous development centres and assessment centres across commercial and government clients. Brooke is passionate about continuous learning and enjoys individual coaching and mentoring across different levels. Backed with a degree in Psychology, Brooke is also accredited in various psychometric suites including Saville, SHL and Podium.
Ryan joined Randstad in early 2021 with a wealth of leadership and sales experience in the travel and tourism industry, with clients predominantly in the corporate and government sectors. Ryan enjoys a hands-on approach with his clients and working solutions that are successful, cost effective and efficient for his clients.
Ryan has brought a lot of fresh ideas to the team, and has quickly developed a reputation for going the extra mile, both for clients and colleagues. A keen eye for data, stats and numbers, Ryan has used this knowledge to show clients their recruitment reporting in great detail and plan out their timelines and recruits to incredible accuracy.

Originally from the small town of Collingwood at the top of the South Island, Sara grew up in a rural community, before moving to Christchurch where she began her recruitment career as a specialist recruiter for contact centre and customer service roles in 2015, before moving into the volume and project team in 2017.
Sara is passionate about providing a fair, consultative, and quality recruitment process to her clients, keeping their brand and values at the centre of what she does. During her time at Randstad she has worked on, and managed, a range of high volume projects for both government and commercial clients and has quickly built a reputation for delivering high quality candidates in the volume space.

Jade joined Randstad in September 2018 beginning as Wellington's Office Manager to now leading the nationwide Volume & Project Recruitment Delivery team from Auckland.
Jade's role involves account management and being the key contact for all recruitment processes with her clients. Jade prides herself on building a strong foundation with her client by understanding the clients needs, the work environment, the culture and management. Jade works closely with her delivery team to deliver top calibre talent that matches the role's competencies and provides an excellent recruitment experience for all parties.
Rajeev comes from a background in human resources and joined Randstad at the beginning of 2021 after having been part of a HR team recruiting and supporting the hospitality workforce of a hotel group. He has a passion for delivering great client service through a consultative approach, which helps to ensure he understands the unique needs and goals of each client. Within the volume and project recruitment team, Rajeev has supported the delivery consultants to find suitable candidates for large scale projects and enjoys the challenge of the fast-paced nature of volume recruitment.

Originally from Tallinn, Estonia, Kadi comes from a background in Customer Experience and Online Advertising and enjoys the challenge of the fast-paced nature of temporary volume recruitment.
Kadi is a dedicated, hard-working and reliable delivery manager who has very quickly adapted and worked on numerous projects. She is an expert in dealing with candidates queries on the process and payroll queries that come up on a daily basis. She also has an eye for detail and this has really helped improve efficiency in the volume recruitment process.
Born and raised in Christchurch, Ashley completed a Degree at the University of Canterbury in Human Resources and started her career off working in the private sector, specialising in Risk and Internal Audits. After realising her drive and passion was to work with people, Ashley transitioned into an HR/Recruitment role for one of New Zealand's leading Construction companies before moving to Randstad in September 2022.
During Ashley’s time in the Volume and Projects team, she has worked on several project recruits (both temporary and permanent recruitment) and has become proficient in dealing with candidates queries and payroll queries that come in on a daily basis.
Ashley is motivated and passionate to help candidates find the right role for them, whilst also wanting the best outcome for her clients. She is process oriented and always ensures her outputs meet a high standard.

Born and raised in Auckland, Gabby has completed a Bachelor's degree at Victoria University of Wellington, majoring in Anthropology and Philosophy with a minor in Education. Gabby began her career in childcare work with ages from five - twelve. In 2022, Gabby was welcomed into the world of recruitment and has not looked back.
Gabby started at Randstad in July 2022 working in the Volume and Projects team, and has taken on Southern Cross Contact Centres. Gabby is candidate focussed, who enjoys building strong relationships, and prides herself on making her candidates feel comfortable and welcomed into the workforce.
Julia is a qualified recruitment consultant with a degree in Human Resources & Employment Relations from Auckland University of Technology. She began her career as an in-house HR consultant for a leading healthcare provider in New Zealand, showcasing her expertise in the field.
In 2020, she joined Randstad as a consultant within Business Support, where she consistently excelled in providing support and assistance to clients and candidates. Throughout the years Julia has navigated through multiple teams within Randstad which has only expanded her knowledge and skill set.
As an engaging and target-driven Delivery Manager, Julia continues to prioritise the needs of her candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless and successful recruitment process.
