Brooke Nelson

Brooke leads the Volume and Projects recruitment team for Randstad New Zealand. She joined Randstad in 2005 as a recruitment consultant within the Accounting, Banking and Finance division. In 2007, Brooke was promoted to Manager of the Business Support division and has since held various roles including Talent Manager and Operations Manager. Brooke is a member of the senior leadership team at Randstad New Zealand. Having graduated with a degree in Psychology, Brooke also oversees psychometric profiling of candidates for our clients.

Elaena Martin

Elaena started her recruitment career as a contact centre consultant at Randstad’s Auckland office in 2012 and during this time was proud to support ICC Auckland in the recruitment of temporary staff. In 2016, she was appointed as the team leader of the Auckland assessment centre team and has since advanced her team’s capabilities and reach to move into her current role as the National Manager of Volume and Project Recruitment team, one of Randstad’s most successful teams.Prior to recruitment, Elaena completed a degree in psychology and worked in the not-for-profit sector as she is passionate about working with people and  understanding their drivers. Elaena works with both her clients and candidates to find the right fit for both parties.

Ryan joined Randstad in early 2021 and comes from a background of working in sales in the travel and tourism industry with clients predominantly in the corporate and government sectors. Ryan enjoys a hands-on approach with his clients and working solutions that are successful, cost effective and efficient for his clients. Ryan has brought a lot of fresh ideas to the team, and has quickly developed a reputation for going the extra mile, both for clients and colleagues. A keen eye for data, stats and numbers Ryan has used this knowledge to show clients their recruitment reporting in great detail and plan out their timeline’s and recruits to incredible accuracy.

Sara Isbister

Sara joined Randstad's Christchurch team as a specialist recruiter for contact centre and customer service roles in 2015. During her time in this role she has quickly built a reputation for providing quality candidates in a fast and timely manner, and became the preferred supplier of contact centre candidates for some of New Zealand’s most well known organisations. Sara now works as a Senior Account Manager in Randstad’s nationwide Volume and Project Recruitment team. She prides herself on a consultative approach and open communication, which allows her to tailor her services to meet the exact needs of her clients, and find them the best person every time.

Joining Randstad in 2020, with a background as a talent sourcing consultant in high volume recruitment, Tracey's strengths lie in utilising technology to keep high volumes of candidates informed at each step of the process. She is passionate about both supporting her candidates to find their dream job, and helping our clients to identify talent that will drive their future success. As a result, we regularly receive feedback from candidates valuing her open and honest approach.

Ben joined Randstad after moving to New Zealand in 2019, having previously worked in both internal and agency recruitment in the UK. During his time with Randstad he has led volume recruits for the Covid Response in Aotearoa in addition to working with many government agencies to find talent across their business support functions. Ben is passionate about developing relationships and working collaboratively to enable success for both client and candidate.

Sinead joined the Volume and Project recruitment team at the beginning of 2020 after previously spending 3 years as a consultant in our contact centre division. She quickly established herself as one of our top consultants with a reputation for her ability to source suitable candidates via a variety of channels and effectively match candidates to the roles she recruits. She has a reputation for being hard-working, supportive and is regularly seen going above and beyond to deliver to our clients' requirements.

Jessica joined Randstad in November 2018, having previously worked in the mental health and community development sectors. She completed her masters in psychology focusing on people and health. Jess is known for ensuring that candidates feel supported and engaged throughout the recruitment process. She has a passion for working with people and uses the knowledge she gained in her psychology studies to work effectively with candidates.

Rajeev comes from a background in human resources and joined Randstad at the beginning of 2021. Within the volume and project recruitment team, Rajeev has found suitable candidates for contact centre, retail and business support roles on a large scale and enjoys the challenge of the fast-paced nature of temporary volume recruitment.
Rajeev is a determined, motivated and resilient delivery manager who ensures that candidates are supported throughout the recruitment process and are provided with honest feedback. Rajeev believes in seeing the potential in candidates and the transferable skills they can bring to a new role. Rajeev also contributes to process improvement during temp recruits for a more efficient roll-out

Kate Manera

Kate joined Randstad in 2019 and worked in the education division for 2 years before making an internal move to Volume and Projects in 2021. Since joining, Kate has delivered to large accounts for their ongoing recruits through streamlined processes, consistent communication and her drive to deliver a mutually beneficial result for the client and the candidate. She is passionate about building strong foundations for candidates by delivering coaching and feedback throughout their recruitment journey and supporting them in putting their best foot forward.

Reena Masters

Reena joined Randstad from the world of Travel, where she worked predominantly as a corporate travel consultant. Reena is a dedicated, hard-working and reliable recruitment co-ordinator who has very quickly worked on numerous projects. Reena is fantastic at dealing with candidates queries on the process, payroll and any ad hoc queries that come up on a daily basis. Reena also has a keen eye for detail and this has really helped efficiencies in the recruitment process.
