About the Role

As an Administration / Digitisation Support team member, you’ll assist in converting physical records into digital formats. This will involve document preparation, data entry, and scanning, as well as handling physical cartons (up to 10kgs) in both an office and warehouse setting.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring information is accurately captured and stored in line with company processes.

• Assignment: 3-month temporary role (with potential 2-week extension)
  
• Start Date: Tuesday 8 July 2025
  
• Location: Tawa (free on site parking)
  
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (some flexibility required)
  
• Pay Rate: $26.80 per hour + 8% holiday pay

• Comfortable using technology and digital systems
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player

The successful candidate will be required to undergo and pass a Ministry of Justice background check, as well as a drug and alcohol test, before commencing employment.
