Position overview:
As an administrator or receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of any office. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling and Managing Appointments
- Assisting clients, customers, and employees with inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Providing administrative support, including typing and data entry.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
About you:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience within administration/reception
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Efficient management of schedules, supplies, and administrative tasks.
