The Role
As an Application / Business Analyst you will be responsible for implementing and supporting diverse and complex business systems with both SaaS and on-premise technology components. Your role will also include vendor relationships and documentation.
Key Requirements
- Experience in Vendor and contract management – knowing how to use ReadyTech apps will be a bonus.
- Knowledge of procurement processes
- In-depth understanding of SAP tech stack and SaaS applications
- Experience in collaborating across ART’s and participation in ART ceremonies.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching of junior staff.
- 10+ years of experience working for an enterprise in a technology environment.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior position with a main focus on technology engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation and support of diverse and complex business systems - both SaaS and on-premise technology components.
- 3+ years working in a true Agile environment - preferably using SAFe.
- Advanced stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Advanced communication skills (both verbal & written).
