Job Details:
- ASAP start - 6 months, with strong potential for longer-term opportunities
- Full-time, office-based
- Monday to Friday, standard business hours
- Hourly rate: $30ph + 8% holiday pay
- Location: Auckland CBD, New Zealand
What You'll Do:
This role is all about keeping our office running smoothly and being the welcoming face (and voice!) of our company, bringing positive "vibes" to a busy work-space. You'll gain hands-on experience across a variety of crucial office functions, developing skills that are valuable for any career path.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks, ensuring everything from supplies to filing is perfectly in place.
- Be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, greeting everyone with a friendly smile and professional attitude.
- Assist with office operations, helping to create an efficient and enjoyable environment for everyone.
- Manage correspondence, schedule appointments, and maintain office records with precision.
- Be proactive in identifying and addressing office needs, always a step ahead.
- Help foster a positive and collaborative office atmosphere.
About You:

To be eligible for this role, you should:
- Be a New Zealand citizen, resident, or possess a valid open work visa.
