Are you a highly organised and customer-focused professional looking for an immediate start in a dynamic environment? We have a fantastic 3-month contract for a Reception and Facilities Coordinator in the electricity sector.

You'll be the friendly face of our office and the go-to person for our team where your day-to-day will be a mix of greeting visitors with a warm welcome and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

What you’ll do:

• Be the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and staff, managing a switchboard and reception area.
• Coordinate office facilities, including ordering supplies, managing couriers, and liaising with building management.
• Support the team by assisting with meeting room bookings and general administrative tasks.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone who steps through our doors.

Who we're looking for:

• An experienced receptionist or administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Someone with excellent communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude.
• A proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple tasks with ease.
• Experience with basic facilities coordination is a plus.
