On behalf of our client, we are seeking a high-energy, autonomous Area Sales Manager to champion their Wellington spaces. This is a pure "hunter" role designed for a commercial sales professional who wants to own their market, build a robust local pipeline, and reap the financial rewards of an uncapped commission structure.
Instead of sitting behind a desk waiting for leads, you will be out in the field, connecting with local SMEs, startups, and growing businesses to show them how our client can transform the way they work.
Key Responsibilities
Drive New Business: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new tenants for flexible workspaces across Wellington.
Pipeline Generation: Outbound prospecting and local networking to build your own robust sales pipeline from scratch.
Conduct Site Tours: Meet prospective clients face-to-face, showcase premium local spaces, and articulate the value of hybrid work solutions.
Close Deals: Confidently manage the sales cycle from initial cold outreach to final contract signing, consistently hitting monthly volume targets.
Who You Are

To excel in this role, you will need:
A Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in a pure outbound B2B sales environment (hunting, cold sourcing, and self-generating leads).
High Energy & Resilience: A positive, hunter mindset with the grit to overcome objections and bounce back quickly.
Exceptional Closing Skills: A natural ability to build rapid rapport face-to-face and confidently guide clients to a decision.
Local Mobility: Comfort with high-volume field work and touring different sites across the Wellington region (mileage support provided).
Work Eligibility: You must hold New Zealand Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or a valid open Work Visa with long-term stability in mind.
