We are seeking an Asset Officer for a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2026 to support a project by identifying and recording physical assets linked to commercial land agreements. You will be uncovering assets and helping the organisation understand future liabilities.
About the RoleAudit commercial leases and licenses to identify physical assets.
Record asset details into central registries.
Analyse complex documents and contract to extract key property data.
Collaborate with a small team to report on emerging risk themes.
Update project spreadsheets with precision and accuracy.
Navigate complex contractual or government documents with ease.
Master Excel and the Microsoft Suite for data recording.
Work independently while contributing to a small, supportive team.
Communicate findings clearly to technical and project stakeholders.
Identify details others might miss in large volumes of text.
