What You Will Do:
As the Branch Manager, you will provide strategic leadership to the Tauranga operation, encompassing production, logistics, customer service, and growth facilitation in collaboration with the national sales team.
- Strategic & Operational Excellence: Champion operational best practices, including advanced techniques for process optimisation and bottleneck elimination, to ensure precise inventory management and the delivery of high-quality processed products at optimal costs.
- Team Leadership & Culture: Foster a proactive environment by setting clear expectations, providing hands-on support, and driving continuous improvement in efficiency, productivity, and health & safety compliance, boosting employee engagement and profit.
- Business Growth: Partner with sales and product managers to develop growth strategies, innovate custom solutions for clients in infrastructure and construction, and deliver insightful monthly reports to guide business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain key relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to support sales growth, secure supply continuity, and improve the customer experience.
- Take responsibility for financial outcomes by leading the annual budgeting process, producing reliable forecasts, and overseeing performance reviews to meet targets in profitability, safety, and market growth.
- Contribute across the wider organisation to drive collaborative strategies that enable new product and process development, supporting greater market share.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that increase operational efficiency and ensure consistent compliance with quality expectations and industry standards.

What You Will Bring:
- 5+ years in senior management role, within manufacturing operations.
- Solid understanding of production, supply chain, and H&S regulations
