We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Contractor Business Analyst to join a pivotal government programme. This role is central to the successful design and implementation of a key initiative, focusing on smooth operational delivery, robust documentation, and establishing the framework for data-driven measurement of support effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
... Develop Salesforce mock-ups and supporting materials for implementation.
Draft essential communications based on the new design to support implementation activities.
Map and document business processes and create comprehensive user guidance and FAQs.
Maintain and manage project documentation on platforms like Confluence.
Define all data collection and management requirements for measuring support effectiveness.
Establish necessary data governance, privacy, and security standards.
Collaborate with IT/Data teams to design architecture and storage solutions.
Define requirements for reporting and dashboards to enable key insights and trend analysis.
Create user-friendly operational guidelines, step-by-step instructions, and FAQs for schools and regional curriculum advisers.
Key Capabilities & Experience
Proven BA Experience: Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, improvement, and successful project delivery, preferably in complex or multi-stakeholder environments.
Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to design and implement practical solutions, informed by data.
Process Mapping Expertise: Confident in process mapping and documenting procedures.
Data-Driven: Experience defining data collection requirements, governance standards, and establishing reporting needs.
Communication & Collaboration: A confident communicator able to build consensus, drive change, and influence outcomes across diverse groups.
Adaptable & Resilient: Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while remaining adaptable and resilient in an ambiguous or changing context.
