Business Workstream Lead - Contract role
Our client is looking to hire an experienced Workstream Lead who will be accountable for operational leadership, ensuring high-quality, fit-for-purpose guidance and assessments and are delivered to agreed standards and timelines. This will be a Wellington based contract role till June 2027.
Knowledge, Skills and Professional Experience
- Experience in a complex organisation.
- Experience in developing and delivering workplans that align to organisational strategies and work programmes.
- Experience in developing, monitoring, improving and maintaining functional workflows and processes.
- Experience in leading and contributing to embedding organisational change that delivers intended outcomes.
- Experience in building relationships and partnerships to achieve shared outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience leading a business workstream within a programme or product environment
- Experience managing and coaching teams
- Experience overseeing vendor delivery
- Proven experience in operational risk management and governance-ready reporting
