Excellent opportunity for Change Manager with higher education sector experience
Our client is looking to hire a Change Manager who will be responsible for developing and delivering the change plan and work with stakeholders to enable successful and sustainable change adoption and benefit realisation. You will be involved with two important and exciting projects. This will be a Fixed-Term role until December 2026.
Successful candidates will have…
- Demonstrated experience leading organisational transformation and embedding sustainable change.
- Change Management experience in the higher education sector will be highly desirable.
- Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong emphasis on customer service and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across user groups, vendors, stakeholders, and all levels of management.
- Strong presentation skills and able to technically lead development discussions.
- Solid knowledge and application of recognised change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter’s Change Model).
- Strong organisational skills, ensuring compliance with policies and effective administration throughout the change process.
- Good knowledge and understanding of technology and its impact on the business environment.
- Proficiency in change management tools and project management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a project team environment, ideally in IT, as a Change Manager.
