About the Role
This is an entry level communications and administration role where working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver timely and accurate travel updates across multiple channels, . By sharing clear, relevant information through social media, digital tools, and communication systems, you'll help the public make smarter travel decisions.
- Assignment - Late June start until the 30th September 2025 (potential to extend)
- Hourly Rate - $30 per hour plus 8% holiday pay
- Location - Johnsonville (onsite only)
- Hours - Rostered shifts are between 5:45am and 8:30pm across 7 days a week.
Success in this role will come from having:
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent attention to details, able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Experience working with Microsoft Office applications and social media management platforms
- Reasonable understanding of New Zealand geography and state highway networks
- Have a clear NZ driver's license and have valid NZ working rights.
