We are seeking a dedicated Coordinator to support a meaningful strategic initiative within a public sector agency. This eight-week temporary assignment, starting early April, focuses on coordinating essential community workshops and engagement sessions across New Zealand.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a significant programme of work. You will manage the end-to-end logistics for key initiatives, ensuring all regional workshops and stakeholder meetings run effectively. This role may involve some domestic travel to provide on-site support and administrative oversight.
- Organise logistics for six regional workshops
- Coordinate attendee lists and confirm facilitators
- Manage venue bookings, catering, and travel arrangements
- Attend sessions as a scribe to capture key outcomes
- Prepare notes for contract variation templates
Skills & Experience
- Highly organised individual with strong relationship management skills.
- Strong written skills for minute taking and reporting
- Proficiency in diary management
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder interests
- Capability to travel for work as required
