• Contact Centre Experience: A proven track record handling inbound phone calls in a fast-paced environment with a focus on first-contact resolution and high service standards.
• Tech Confidence: Comfortable navigating customer databases (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office systems, and learning new internal software.
• Clear Communication: Articulate, professional, and patient verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Resilience & Positive Attitude: Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to step up and help colleagues and callers alike.
