About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our clients team. This isn't your typical "script-reading" job; you’ll be handling a mix of inbound inquiries and proactive outbound calls.
Whether you’re solving a complex issue for a long-term client or reaching out to welcome a new one, your goal is to provide a seamless, positive experience every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Support: Answer incoming calls and emails, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct proactive calls to follow up on inquiries, provide account updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Data Management: Accurately update customer records in their CRM after every interaction.
- Problem Solving: Think on your feet to find solutions that leave the customers smiling.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team to improve our service processes.
What You’ll Bring
- Communication Skills: You have a clear, professional phone manner and can write a sharp email.
- Resilience: You stay calm under pressure and view challenges as opportunities to learn.
- Tech Savvy: Previous experience with CRM software & use of different systems.
- Experience: Previous experience in a call centre is preferred, but a great attitude is mandatory.
