Data Architect
Our client is looking to hire a Data Architect who will will analyse, design and model the organisation’s data in support of the Data, Reporting & Analytics Project. This will be a Wellington based fixed-term role through to the end of 2027.
Successful applicants will have…
- Strong experience in data architecture, data modelling, and information management.
- Expertise in designing data warehouses, data lakes, and analytical platforms.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of data ingestion/ integration, ETL/ELT, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy principles.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in complex, multi-system environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
