My client runs a number of critical products on a large Salesforce platform and they are regularly adding more! They have a large, professional team across build and support and need a fresh pair of hands to enhance collaboration.

If you are an experienced Delivery Lead who has worked on Salesforce platform builds this could be your next challenge.

You will be leading and managing Salesforce initiatives and coordinating and facilitating ceremonies to ensure alignment across shared environments and teams. A key part of the role will be collaborating with stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope and business value.

This role requires strong people skills with regards to on-boarding new team members, supporting the leadership team and working closely with vendors. You will also be responsible for ensuring delivery aligns with platform standards, compliance, and architectural principles.
