As a Finance Business Partner within this public sector organization, you'll play a key advisory role, working closely with Budget Managers and stakeholders. You'll provide finance and management accounting services, offering proactive advice and support for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role focuses on promoting finance as a strategic partner across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial advice and management accounting services.
- Prepare monthly reports, analyze variances, and offer strategic insights.
- Support budget preparation and manage fiscal risks.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- CA qualification or similar.
- 5+ years of finance business partnering and/or management accounting experience.
- Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems and Excel.
