About the Role:
The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for delivering financial planning and reporting, enhancing financial management capabilities at a managerial level, and facilitating managers to appropriately cost, manage, and report on their work programmes. This fixed-term role provides capacity while a new Financial Management Information System (FMIS) is planned and implemented.
Key Accountabilities:

... - Prepare and deliver financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Provide timely and accurate management reporting with key insights/actions to improve future performance to key stakeholders.
- Facilitate the preparation of monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and commentary with budget holders with a forward-focused view.
- Provide financial advice to the business to enable strategic initiatives and key decisions to be supported from a financial perspective.
- Support managers within the context of developing and maintaining their financial competency.
- Support the Finance team by instilling and driving financial disciplines within the organisation, including reporting, procurement, and risk management.
- Support and contribute to other strategic business priorities as requested.
- Support the FMIS reform programme as required, including manager training and support.
Experience:
- Ideally CA/CPA qualification or working towards
- Demonstrated capabilities in leading the delivery of budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial advice in a complex environment.
- Knowledge and a robust understanding of financial systems and processes.
- Proven experience in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for Management and the Board.
