About the Opportunity
Our client is currently seeking an adaptable and detail-oriented HR & Operational Support Specialist to join their team during a period of extra activity. This is a versatile, hands-on role designed for someone who can step in, provide immediate support, and help streamline internal workflows.
This opportunity is highly flexible. Our client is open to permanent arrangements or an hourly-rate contract, and they are more than happy to consider a part-time schedule for the right specialist.
Key Focus Areas
General HR Support: Assist with day-to-day HR administrative workflows, inquiries, and general team support.
Systems & Reporting: Maintain data integrity across internal systems, generating routine reports and tracking operational metrics.
Payroll Liaison: Assist with payroll-related data processing, ensuring accuracy and seamless coordination between departments.
What We Are Looking For
A strong background in general HR functions coupled with excellent technical/systems aptitude.
Solid experience navigating HR databases, payroll software, and reporting tools.
A resourceful, self-motivated approach—someone who enjoys organizing data and keeping processes moving smoothly behind the scenes.
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
