About the Role
As an Insurance Consultant, you won't just be processing transactions; you will be having high-quality, consultative conversations with customers via inbound, outbound, and digital channels.
Because of your background, you’ll easily navigate complex customer needs, maintain resilience in a fast-paced environment, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage authentically with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
Conduct high-quality conversations that drive customer retention and sales success.
Bring a grounded, reliable presence to the team, contributing to a high-achieving culture.
Maintain accurate records and navigate digital systems with strong attention to detail.
What You’ll Bring (The Ideal Profile)
We are looking for candidates who possess a level of professional maturity and reliability that sets an example for others. You will ideally bring:
Proven Experience: A strong background in frontline retail, hospitality, or customer service—ideally at a supervisory, shift-lead, or management level.
Life Experience & Maturity: You understand how to conduct yourself professionally, manage your own time, and handle challenging situations with a calm, level head.
Resilience: The ability to thrive in a results-driven environment and stay optimistic.
Communication Skills: Natural empathy combined with the confidence to steer conversations and close sales.
Note: This role has a strict July start date and requires working from our central office.
