We are looking for a organized, proactive Administrator to join our client well established Operations team based in Lower Hutt.
In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to your direct manager and the wider team. You will play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly, managing records, facilitating event logistics, and supporting financial systems.

- Hourly rate: $30 per hour + 8% Holiday pay

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Prepare, proofread, format, and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Meeting & Event Management: Schedule meetings, manage agendas, take minutes, book venues/catering, and coordinate events or whole-of-department conferences.
- Travel & Financial Administration: Coordinate travel/accommodation bookings, process expense reimbursements, and support SAP financial modules (budget input, reporting).
- Record Keeping & Publishing: Maintain clean electronic record-keeping systems, photocopy/scan files, and collate weekly frontline information.
- Process Improvement: Continually review internal administrative processes and recommend changes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with other administrators, internal staff, external suppliers, and provide targeted support.
What You Bring
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated background in administration support and event/meeting coordination.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Access) and familiarity with SAP or similar organizational systems.
- Communication & Relationships: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse groups.
- Organization & Detail: Exceptional time management, prioritization skills, and a high attention to detail.
- Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Mindset: A proactive "can-do" attitude, sound problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and teamwork.
