About the Role
This position is primarily a back-office administration role. While your main focus will be on administrative tasks, we also need you to be a proactive team player who can step in to assist the front office.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support for various departments.
- Maintaining accurate records and managing documentation with a high degree of precision.
- Utilising strong computer skills to handle data entry, generate reports, and manage digital files.
- Covering the overflow of phone calls for the front-of-house team, managing enquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
To be successful in this role, you will be:
Computer Savvy: You must have strong proficiency across all standard office software and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
A Clear Communicator: Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with staff, clients, and students.
Highly Organised: You are detail-oriented, self-managed, and excel at prioritising a varied workload.
Reliable: You are available to commit to the set hours of Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM and are available for an immediate start.
