Key Details:
- 3 month temporary assignments with the potential to extend or go perm
- 8th June start
- $28.95 per hour + 8% holiday
- 8:30PM - 5PM Monday - Friday
- Wellington City based position
- Work on new and exciting projects within the sales team
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional phone support; respond quickly, accurately, and professionally; escalate issues when needed.
- Data Management: Manage, update, and process customer data across multiple CRM systems to ensure orders move seamlessly to completion.
- Process & Accuracy: Use your time effectively, maintain precise records, and follow risk/compliance procedures—especially with high-risk merchants.
- Collaborate: Work productively with your teammates to guarantee an excellent end-to-end customer experience.
- Risk & Compliance: Stay current on policies and standards, apply pricing guidelines, collaborate across teams to meet customer needs, and support a positive team environment.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proven call centre/sales experience (e.g., call centre, door-to-door, retail).
- A positive, "can-do/will-do" spirit and the ability to view problems as challenges to be solved.
- Adaptable mindset—thrive in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities.
- Comfortable working independently and in teams.
- Strong adherence to rules, procedures, and compliance.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data management.
Must have:
- Clear criminal history and successful credit check.
- NZ citizen or permanent resident.
- Willingness to complete any required pre-employment testing.
