The building industry is booming right now, and due to this growth a new team member is required for their busy branch in Hornby. This is a Customer Service role, which is primarily phone based with a component of administration work. This is a Monday - Friday (9am - 5.30pm) full time position with little requirement to work outside business hours. On site parking is also available for staff. In this role, you will be responsible for:Processing orders and credit notesAnswering phone calls and dealing with technical enquiries from customersOrganising transport or following up on freight not deliveredPricing and quotesDealing with supplier representativesEmailingLiaising with key stakeholdersOur ideal candidate has at least 2 years experience working in customer service. You will need a fast typing speed, and have good computer literacy. You will thrive when working in a fast paced environment, and be adept at juggling multiple priorities which can change on a dime.
