The Opportunity

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving innovation and quality engineering across significant enterprise-level programs, working with clients to navigate complex technology landscapes and deliver lasting business value.
What You Will Do
- Drive Strategy: Lead end-to-end test management—from strategy and governance to execution and executive reporting—for complex Oracle Cloud and large-scale ERP transformation projects.
- Lead & Mentor: Build, coach, and develop high-performing QA and technical testing teams.
- Engage Stakeholders: Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights, recommendations, and risk assessments.
- Elevate Standards: Apply leading quality engineering frameworks to optimise processes and uplift delivery standards across diverse, multi-vendor environments.
- Solve Challenges: Facilitate workshops and design fit-for-purpose testing solutions that ensure project success.
What You Bring
- Proven Expertise: 8+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale testing capabilities, with a deep background in Oracle Cloud, ServiceNow, or similar large ERP transformation programmes (government or enterprise experience preferred).
- Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of the full testing lifecycle, including unit, system, integration, UAT, regression, performance, API, and data validation testing.
- Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage project delivery, budgets, and resources while supporting cloud transformations (including cutover and data migration).
- Tooling Knowledge: Strong familiarity with industry-standard test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
