This is a dynamic hybrid role, blending Business Analysis with hands-on BI development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver end-to-end BI solutions using platforms like Qlik Sense and Power BI, applying strong SQL skills for data analysis, profiling, and transformation
• Design and implement robust data models following best practices (e.g., star schema, data vault, dimensional modeling) to ensure data integrity and usability.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, leading workshops to gather, interpret, and document user requirements using Agile/iterative practices.
• Develop compelling data visualisations and dashboards that tell a clear and impactful story, translating complex business problems into actionable data solutions.
• Champion a product-based approach, supporting product vision, roadmap alignment, and reusability of BI assets while ensuring adherence to data governance, security, and metadata standards.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience working across the full BI delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivering high-quality reporting and data visualisation solutions.
• Expertise in Power BI and Qlik Sense for developing end-to-end BI solutions, coupled with strong SQL skills for data analysis and transformation.
• Demonstrated ability in data modeling and designing efficient, scalable data structures.
• Strong business analysis and user engagement skills, including leading workshops, translating business problems into data solutions, and managing UAT.
• Comfortable and effective working in an Agile delivery environment, proactively collaborating with product owners, developers, and end users.
