The Role:
This position is focused on supporting high-volume procurement activity, particularly around AOG panel contracts.
Contract Processing and Documentation: Manage essential administrative tasks for contracts, including updating the contract register, processing documentation (e.g., using tools like DocuSign), and maintaining accurate records using spreadsheets.
Supplier Engagement and Selection: Work within established supplier arrangements (panels and preferred lists) to source services and expertise required by project teams.
Managing Work Requests: Monitor and action requests that come into the team's central point of contact (inbox), ensuring all steps are followed quickly and accurately.
Internal Coordination: Liaise with business teams to clarify their service needs, ensuring the request information is complete before engaging with suppliers.
Specific Project Support: Provide dedicated administrative and processing support for high-priority streams.
Compliance: Ensure all procurement actions strictly follow required internal and external rules and guidelines.
About You
We are looking for a cooperative and highly focused individual with a strong commitment to process execution. You must be able to pick up and run with established processes with a keen eye for detail. Experience in a similar role and a robust understanding of government procurement machinery.
