We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to support a team in delivering a tactical program of work. You will play a key part in supporting governance, improving business processes, and ensuring smooth project operations. This is a dynamic role that requires you to manage competing demands, prioritise effectively, and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Provide extensive governance support, including preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and advising business stakeholders on how to engage with governance committees.
- Support the maturity improvement of governance practices and processes.
- Deliver manual intervention processes to support improved privacy practices, such as identity validation for new external users.
- Provide standard project coordination support by maintaining project documentation, following up on actions, and assisting with meeting facilitation.
- Support the tactical work-stream's change activities, including stakeholder engagement and the maintenance of project communication channels.
- Collaborate with other specialists on the team, such as Data Analysts, Security Advisors, and Service Designers, to support various improvement activities.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in governance processes and practices, ideally within a large project or program environment.
- Strong background in project coordination, including managing project artifacts, budgets, and information.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands and effectively prioritise tasks.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills when working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong written and visual communication skills, with a focus on keeping information clean and simple.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira
- Experience in a role that involves data analysis, privacy management, or change management is a plus.
