The Role
As the first point of contact for this global innovator, you will serve as the "face" of the Auckland facility. You will balance front-of-house excellence with essential operational support, ensuring a seamless experience for VIP visitors, employees, and contractors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a premium visitor experience while strictly adhering to site security and safety protocols.
• Proactively manage site consumables, hygiene products, stationery, and employee uniforms.
• Coordinate VIP travel, manage catering administration (including payroll reporting), and assist the Senior Leadership Team.
• Take ownership of planning and executing internal company events and celebrations.
• Support inwards/outwards goods and collaborate with the finance team on process improvements.

What Our Client is Looking For

• 1+ years in customer service; Previous experience in reception or office administration is highly regarded.
• You can juggle multiple high-priority tasks with ease and precision.
• You are well-presented, articulate, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Confident using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) for reporting and documentation.
• A self-starter who takes immense pride in maintaining a professional and functional workspace
