The role
As a Business Support Recruitment Consultant with our Auckland team, you'll take over a warm desk with existing temp and perm accounts, ready for you to hit the ground running. The role focuses on placing top talent in business support roles across a variety of industries. With a strong sales focus, you'll use your agency recruitment or sales experience to grow and manage client relationships. Your passion, energy, and ability to build trust will set you apart in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.
- Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives.
- Source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches.
About you:
- Previous recruitment experience is ideal, however we are open to consider candidates coming from a sales background
- You should be driven by a passion for delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet clients needs
- A strong enthusiasm for business development is crucial
- As a positive and team-oriented individual, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills that foster strong relationships.
