What You Bring To hit the ground running, you must have deep hands-on experience with:
- Omni-Channel: Advanced configuration, routing logic, and troubleshooting.
- Salesforce Flow: Expert-level declarative automation (Screen, Autolaunched, and Record-Triggered).
- Technical Problem Solving: The ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
