Senior Business Analyst
Our client is looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst to work on a project to implement Ariba Contract Management. This will be a contract role till July 2026 and based in Wellington. ASAP joining is preferable.
Mandatory Competencies:
- Experienced business analyst (5 years+)
- Contract management process experience – (advanced)
- Strong business and technical documentation skills
- Business process manuals – MS Word/PowerPoint
- Process mapping- Visio tool
Highly Preferred Competencies:
- Contract management implementation experience
- Testing experience – Excel & Jira tool
- Training end users experience
- Data cleansing and migration experience
- Exposure to SAP Ariba and SAP ERP – ideally Purchase Orders & Accounts Payable (ECC6)
- Exposure to All of Government Common Process Model for process design – Procurement processes
- Agile Team and software release methodology experience
- Knowledge of purchase order system implementations – another stream in the project will be implementing purchase orders in parallel with the contract management implementation
