My client is a large government agency running many operations on it's SAP platform. The system is reaching end-of-life and in need of a major upgrade. We are assisting them in building a team of SAP specialists and would love to speak to seasoned Change Managers with experience in large ERP implementations and upgrades.
The Lead Change Manager will be responsible for a team of up to fifteen specialists including Comms and L&D. As the programme aims to reduce inconsistency and improve performance, accuracy and security it will be imperative that all members of the organisation are fully prepared for the roll-out.
