We're looking for a Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our team, focusing on the new Data online tool built on the company's Suite platform. In this role, you'll be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines and statistical tools. You'll collaborate closely with developers and Technology Services to ensure seamless deployments and operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and maintain cloud infrastructure for the Data services including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters and microservices.
- Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and infrastructure provisioning.
- Ensure secure and compliant cloud environments through robust IAM policies and proactive monitoring.
- Develop and maintain statistical tools and frameworks on the company's Suite platform.
- Drive operational efficiency through automation, cost optimisation, and clear documentation.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years designing and deploying secure cloud systems, with expertise in Azure Compute (VMs, App Service, AKS),
- DevOps (Azure DevOps, IaC - Bicep, Terraform), Networking, Security (WAF, Key Vault), and Storage.
- Proven experience in developing and managing solid CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with Docker containers and Git source control, alongside strong knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Container Apps, and Azure Functions.
- Strong Documentation & communication skills
- Experience with databases such as SQL Server and MongoDB
