In this position, you will act as a key advisor to senior leadership teams, translating complex financial data into actionable insights. Your work will directly support the achievement of cost centre objectives by managing performance reporting, budgeting, and long-term financial forecasting.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide financial analysis and specialist input to influence high-level decision-making and cross-functional initiatives.
- Monitor performance against targets and appropriations, recommending corrective actions to senior leadership.
- Facilitate integrated business planning, coordinate Treasury requirements, and support the development of annual budget bids and business cases.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal peers, Directors, and external agencies.
Skills and Experience:
- A tertiary degree in accounting or a business discipline; professional accreditation (CA, ACA, or CIMA) is preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with Financial Management Information Systems
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to diverse audiences.
