My client is seeking a procurement specialist to work on multiple large projects. You will be responsible for operational delivery and ensuring efficient procurement processes to support complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Manage procurement processes for projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Assist in maintaining documentation archives for audit purposes.
- Provide effective communication and presentation of project updates and findings.
- Managing the end to end procurement process
- Focusing on operational delivery
The ideal candidate will have end to end procurement experience ideally within the government sector. In addition to this you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in project procurement, supply chain management, or related disciplines.
- Adeptness with regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
- Proven ability to collaborate and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptable and effective in varied project landscapes.
- Experience with a focus on strategic sourcing and procurement activities.
- Understanding of specific contractual models and their practical application.
This is short term contract opportunity for 3 months which may be extended or made permanent for the right candidate.
