Senior Programme Scheduler
Our client is looking to hire a Senior Programme Scheduler who will be responsible for developing, managing and reporting on an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). You will lead the development of the resourced IMS and collaborate with the suppliers to integrate key schedule requirements and programme activities. This will be a Wellington based fixed-term contract role till December 2028.
Successful applicants will have…
- Proven experience with stakeholder management – being a conduit between the Programme workstreams and the suppliers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to read and interpret plans and specifications, and an ability to manage multiple tasks
- The ability to understand project scope, project schedule objectives and developing/maintaining various schedule requirements
- A high level of computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Visio), or other project tools
- The ability to successfully influence and guide a programme workstream, including the coordination of team members, consultants and the vendor to achieve successful and timely outcomes
- A willingness to be a team player, and to contribute to delivering Programme outcomes of a high standard
