You will have extensive Project Coordination experience gained across multiple projects and teams which will include the banking sector. This is a highly organised and supportive environment and you will bring expert knowledge of delivery frameworks, project governance methodologies and financials. Working in an Agile environment you will have a focus on proactively identifying opportunities and implementing solutions.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and leading project coordination, governance, and logistics activity for the project
- Implementing standard project management processes, tools, and procedures, and ensuring they are adhered to
- Facilitating the management of project schedules, financials, reporting, communications, project documentation, RAIDs etc
- Coordinating key project governance forums, documentation and management of various stakeholders
- Proactively supporting project delivery activities using tools such as Sharepoint, JIRA, Confluence, and PPM
