Senior Project Manager - Contract role
Our client is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to undertake a full migration away from a CMS platform to Silverstripe. This will be a contract role till the end of June 2026 with a possible short extension.
Successful applicants will have…
- Experience delivering complex programmes/projects in fast paced, high pressure environments
- Strong at identifying and clearly communicating risks, with a practical, level‑headed approach
- Experience working in matrixed environments with limited direct control; able to influence effectively
- Able to come up to speed quickly and deliver under tight timeframes and staged implementation
- Pragmatic and resilient, able to operate at the pointy end of delivery
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders and senior leaders
- Good EQ, able to balance competing needs and perspectives
- Comfortable contributing to leadership discussions and shaping ways of working
- Focused on value and outcomes, not just delivery milestones
