Are you an experienced systems accountant looking for a high-impact contract where you can blend project delivery with hands-on systems support?
I am seeking a skilled Senior Systems Accountant to serve as the critical interface between the Finance team, IT, vendors, and the wider organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an additional Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) for system implementation, ensuring best-practice workflows and processes are embedded.
- Support data migration planning, validation, and execution.
- Design, build, and enhance reporting solutions to deliver key financial and operational insights.
- Serve as the key point of contact between business users, internal IT, and finance.
- Manage day-to-day administration of reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI) and provide report-writing expertise and user support.
Qualifications & Technical Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Proven finance systems administration experience, with hands-on expertise in SSRS report design and writing/maintaining SQL queries.
- Advanced MS Excel capabilities (complex lookups, pivot tables, data modelling).
- Demonstrated track record working on finance or ERP system implementations/upgrades.
