The Opportunity

Your key responsibilities will include:
Operational Oversight: Streamlining workshop workflows and enhancing internal processes.
Team Leadership: Mentoring technicians and building the department's collective technical capability.

Safety & Quality: Championing a culture of health and safety excellence while maintaining rigorous service standards.
Who You Are
You are likely a Senior Technician, Foreman, or an established Service Manager with a deep understanding of heavy machinery. You possess the "soft skills" to motivate a team and the "hard skills" to analyze a P&L statement.
Requirements:
Industry Background: Solid experience in the agricultural, heavy equipment, or construction machinery sectors.
Technical Foundations: A trade qualification (Heavy or Light Automotive) with expert diagnostic skills.
Leadership DNA: A proven track record of managing people and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Business Savvy: Proficiency with computers and a strong grasp of service profitability and budget management.
