About the Role Join a key public sector branch to coordinate the workflow for essential regulatory applications. You will provide high-quality administrative support to ensure processes are completed accurately and within required timeframes. This is an 8-week temporary assignment starting mid March 2026. About the Team
- Receive and acknowledge applications for various licences and approvals
- Enter detailed information into internal information management systems.
- Handle financial administration including issuing invoices and processing payments.
- Manage the official issuance of licences and supporting legislative notices.
- Provide timely responses to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in a high-volume administrative role.
- High level of computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Gain experience within a critical government agency.
