You will Lead the end-to-end quality framework for a high-stakes Database Migration. This role requires a strategic leader who can bridge the gap between high-level planning and technical execution, converting complex test strategies into actionable cutover plans within a multi-squad Agile/SAFe environment.

You will champion a risk-based, automated approach to QA, prioritising high-impact areas and spatial data integrity over traditional, heavy regression. As the central point of coordination, you will manage vendors, lead Business Acceptance Testing (BAT), and provide the data-driven metrics (defect density, coverage, and pass rates) essential for confident go/no-go decisions.

• Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst on complex application or database migration projects
• Solid understanding of risk‑based testing, automation, and exploratory testing
• Confident working with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Experience testing spatial data or spatially enabled systems would be an advantage
• Know how to use test automation tools with view to automate at the end the BAT testing
• Ideally worked in multi-squad agile environments (ideally using SAFe)
