In this full-time position, you will be the backbone of the local operation, ensuring that procurement, international shipping, and general office functions run seamlessly. This is a varied role where you will move between coordinating complex global deliveries and managing the day-to-day needs of a speciali​sed manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing supplier quotes to entering purchase orders.
• Coordinate and track domestic and international shipments, including the preparation of customs documentation and compliance forms.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock monitoring and audits.
• Liaise with the finance team to reconcile invoices, delivery receipts, and import duties.
• Provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team, including data collection and report generation.

• Oversee facility maintenance and health and safety administration to ensure a compliant and efficient workplace.

Skills & Experience

• ​Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a technical manufacturing environment.
• A solid understanding of inventory control and transport coordination is required.
• Exposure to export/import regulations and compliance frameworks is highly regarded.
• Strong organi​sational skills; the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
• Excellent communication skills for professional interaction with internal teams and global suppliers.
• A relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration​ (desirable)
