The Role We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join the team. This isn’t your average standalone sales role. You will be the bridge between our commercial goals and our technical expertise, working hand-in-hand with our specialised Department Managers a range of divisions.
Your mission? To hunt for high-value business, focusing your efforts on the sectors and projects that yield the best profit margins. You will inherit an existing database of warm clients to nurture, while proactively hunting for new market opportunities.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in electrical, building, or construction services is a massive advantage. You need to be able to speak the language of our clients and our tradies.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyse where the highest margins are and align your sales strategy accordingly.
Team Player: A collaborative mindset is essential. You must enjoy working alongside operational managers to ensure client satisfaction.
What’s on Offer:
Base salary of $100k - $110k (depending on experience).
